Japanese and especially kawaii culture is one of my absolute favorite things in the world. Anytime I see an adorable character or world, it just makes me so happy. So in a way, I have kawaii in my eyes and it's how I love viewing the world. It's the universe I wish I was a part of and cheeky grin of this character with cute characters in her eyes represent this love for kawaii.

Kawaii eyes! Great concept ❤️ I've seen these paintings that I never actually read the story behind them. So cute!
Oh yay! Glad you got to learn a bit more about it :D
What an amazing piece! I’m so glad I’m followong you now, I am loving your art!
In fact I had to comment on this one, I moved to Hawaii when I was a teenager, after taking my GED I was only 16 but moved to a family friends coffee farm not to far from Kona. (I had spent a summer with a friend and his dad w camping around the island with a van the year before. Anyways after a few months I got the chance to move to Kawaii, another friend of a friend had an organic farm there. So I moved to the middle of Hanalei Bay, where they have the farmers market.
I loved it there, and stayed for about 7 or 8 months and hiked the napiNapali coast coast etc. (my job was taking care of the tropical flower fields, and sometimes making poi. (starting at 5am with all the local aunties and uncles, listening to leagenda and stories!)
Anyways then I came back to the mainland for school, as not to become a beach bum.😂 I have also always been a huge fan of Japanese culture, literature, and art. I’m looking through more of your stuff and having a blast!
Omg wow what an amazing adventure you had! I work on a melon farm in Australia once for 6 months. Crazy times! I've never been to Hawaii and I'd really love to do that too. thank you very much for following me and I hope my work continues to delight you :)
So much soul in your work. Love it! <3
