One of Izanagi's three noble ones , this gentleman is a sibling of Amaterasu , the sun goddess. Myth has it and he behaved very badly during a feast arranged by Ukemochi ( the goddess of food ) because she was throwing up food and therefore Amaterasu is still mad at him and does not want to see him ..like ever...
So whenever he turns up , she takes off except sometimes this sneaky guy surprises her during eclipses.. :D..typical siblings ..
